Annotation: The Southern California Injury Prevention Research Center (SCIPRC), one of eleven national injury control centers designated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is a multidisciplinary academic and community effort that brings together public health scientists, clinicians, social scientists, and other injury specialists.
