The site is organized according to the three core areas of public health infrastructure outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): Public Health Workforce; Organizational & Systems Capacity; and Information, Data, and Communications Systems. Funding for the PHIRC has been provided by the CDC and PHF.
