Annotation: The Human Development Center (HDC) was established in 1974 to focus on issues related to people with disabilities and their families across the life span. HDC projects focus on one of three areas of emphasis: (a) Early Intervention and Education, (b) Employment and (c) Quality Assurance. The Human Development Center (HDC) provides leadership and innovation in interdisciplinary education, community service, research, and to disseminate information to strengthen and increase the capacity of local communities to support and include individual with [developmental] disabilities and their families in all aspects of life in the community.

Valley Health (VH)

Annotation: Valley Health (VH) is an integrated network of primary health care centers and public health programs that provides comprehensive medical services to southwestern West Virginia and southern Ohio. Services include dental, family practice, internal medicine, laboratory, nutrition, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, pharmacy, and specialized health programs. The Web site provides informaiton on services, the history of VH specialized programs, general information, news, the Chief Executive Officer, jobs, forms, and contact information for medical offices and providers. An events calendar and site search function are also provided.
