The video presents tooth decay as a villain who promotes consuming sugary foods and drinks, while the superheros try to conquer him. It explains how tooth decay develops and discusses how eating sugary foods creates plaque, which in turn can lead to decay. It talks about how often teeth should be brushed and flossed, how much fluoridated toothpaste to use, and the importance of avoiding sugary foods and drinks.
