Annotation: This project provided comprehensive services (including early diagnosis, continuity of treatment, and case management by an interdisciplinary team) to juveniles with connective tissues diseases. Activities included providing services in forty-eight counties in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia; collecting clinical, treatment, and demographic data on all patients; and developing regional networks of health professionals.
