Annotation: This project sought to increase coordination of service provision to chronically ill and disabled children, with a special focus on Native American children. Activities included organizing an annual conference, tracking legislation, establishing a committee which analyzed relevant portions of the state budget, and conducting a survey on the number of children receiving case management services.
