Annotation: This resource guide discusses the use of empirically supported interventions for school mental health programs and provides a guide to specific programs in these areas: treatments for anxiety and depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder; promotion of social and emotional competence; substance use, conduct problems, and other high-risk behaviors; and preventive interventions.
