Annotation: This food guide is designed to help people use the nutrition information on food labels to check and improve their diets. It includes the amount of calories, protein, vitamins, and minerals in 900 foods, including fruits and vegetables; amounts of nutrients recommended for men, woemn, and children of different ages; and lists of foods that are important sources of specific nutrients.
